Can you invoice our org or the university?

Yes. We invoice the org, a national chapter, the university or a student activities office, on net 30 terms if that is what your accounts payable needs. W-9 on request the same day.

Do you carry insurance for campus events?

Yes. Two million in general liability, and we will name your university, your venue or your national organization as additional insured. Certificates go out within 48 hours of the request.

What happens if our DJ cannot make it?

A backup DJ is on call every event day with a duplicate of your timeline and your music. Your event happens either way.

Can you keep the music clean?

Yes. Set clean edits only in the planning portal and that is what plays, which is usually what a university advisor or a national risk policy requires.

How much does a college event DJ cost?

A two hour social with one speaker and a mic starts at $750. A full formal with big sound, lighting and a booth runs toward $2,450. Most student organizations land around $1,450. You get a fixed written quote, not a range.

Our chair graduates every year. Is that a problem?

No, and it is why the planning portal exists. Your timeline, music and contacts stay in one place that hands over to next year's chair instead of living in one person's text messages.

Bid day, tailgates and lawn socials are the happiest noise on a campus calendar, and the hardest to get right. We put the speakers up on stands so the sound clears the crowd, settle power with your house beforehand, and are set and tested before the first person arrives.

Two million in general liability, with your university, your venue or your national named on the certificate. Ask and it is with you inside 48 hours, usually sooner.

Backup DJ on call

On call every event day with a copy of your timeline and your music. Your event goes ahead no matter what.

Clean edits only

If your national risk policy or your advisor needs clean versions, set it in the portal and that is what plays from start to finish. You can send an approved playlist and a do-not-play list too.

If it would help, send us your advisor or your house corporation contact and we will get the paperwork to them directly. It is a normal part of the job and we are happy to do it.

The hardest part of booking for a student org is that whoever did it last year has graduated, and everything they knew lived in their phone.

Every booking comes with a planning portal holding your timeline, your must-plays, your do-not-plays and last year’s setup. Whoever takes over inherits something that works instead of starting from nothing.
