Same day in almost every case. We are open 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, so anything that comes in over the weekend gets answered Monday. You get availability and a fixed quote in writing, not a range.
What holds our date? +
A signed contract and a $400 deposit. Half the balance is due 90 days out and the rest 14 days before.
Can our company be invoiced instead? +
Yes. Companies, schools and nonprofits can pay on net terms against an approved purchase order, with a W-9 and your PO number on the contract. No deposit is needed on that route.
Do we have to get on a call? +
No, but we recommend a ten to fifteen minute call after the quote. It is the fastest way to get the details right.
