Clean radio edits only, on every track, with no exceptions and no judgment calls made in the moment. You set the do-not-play list in the planning portal and we follow it exactly on it. If a student requests a song that is not approved, the answer is no.
Can we approve the playlist in advance? +
Your must-plays and do-not-plays live in the planning portal, so your administration can add to either list right up to the day of the dance. Anything on the do-not-play list never gets played.
What does a school dance DJ cost? +
Most school dances run between $750 and $1,750 depending on the size of the room, the hours and whether you add lighting or a photo booth. You get a fixed written quote you can hand to your bookkeeper, not a range.
Can you invoice the school or the district? +
Yes. We invoice the school, the district, a PTO or a booster club, on net 30 terms if that is what your bookkeeper needs. W-9 the same day you ask.
Are you insured for events on school property? +
Two million in general liability, and we will name the school and the district as additional insured. Certificates go out within 48 hours of the request.
Will you take requests from students? +
Only from your approved list. Students can request anything they like and we will play it if it is on the list your administration signed off. Everything else gets a no, from us and not from you.
